Bermeo Tuna is organizing a culinary event as part of the High-Level Political Forum in New York to position the value chain associated with tuna fishing and processing, as well as the Basque wine sector, as global leaders in sustainability.

What is it?

An institutional event aimed at international stakeholders, the media, and food industry professionals, featuring an extended panel discussion and a cocktail reception featuring sustainable canned tuna and albacore from canneries affiliated with Bermeo Tuna.

Objectives

  • Position the Basque tuna value chain and wine sector as global leaders in sustainability.
  • Foster business connections between Basque companies and the U.S. market.
  • Strengthen ties with United Nations agencies and multilateral organizations.
